Hotel & Travel Info
The Woodlands Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton | 2301 N Millbend Dr. The Woodlands, Texas 77380
- Flying in? The Woodlands Resort is 22 miles (about 30 min) north of George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). We recommend using a rideshare app like Uber or Lyft for a quick trip over.
- For those of you driving, hotel parking is complimentary.
- There are a few dining options on the property.
- The link to book your room will be in your Summit registration confirmation email. The group rate is $269 + $15 Resort Fee/night.
Attire
We are a tech company, so we trend towards casual! But understanding many of you are planners, here are more specific details.
During the day, we will be wearing t-shirts and jeans! Feel free to dress similarly or business casual. We recommend you bring a jacket, the conference rooms may get cold.
- Tuesday and Wednesday Morning Walks (6:15 and 6:30 AM) - If you plan to join Russ Webb and other attendees for the morning walks, don't forget your workout clothes and tennis shoes. The mornings look like they will be a little chilly so dress accordingly.
- Monday Evening Reception (6 - 8 PM) - We'll gather on the Forest Deck, a scenic outdoor area at the Woodlands Resort. Daytime is expected to be in the 60s but will dip as the night goes on so don't forget your jacket or sweater. Our theme is Camp Novi and we'll be in a relaxed environment with lots of games so feel free to wear comfy clothes - flannels, t-shirts and jeans are totally fine!
- Tuesday Evening Event (7 - 10 PM) - After dinner, we'll meet at Mahoney's, a local Tex-ish bar and restaurant. This night is also expected to be chilly. We'll be inside but for those of you who want to enjoy their patio, you'll definitely want a jacket or sweater. This will also be a casual atmosphere with music and dancing so dress casual and bring your dancing shoes if you plan to cut a rug!
We all know how quickly the weather can change, so continue to check the forecast before you depart!

If you have a little spare time before or after Summit, our friends at Visit The Woodlands have put together a few ideas for you to check out!
Public Art Displays - The Woodlands is home to one of the largest collections of public art in the State of Texas - everything from mosaics and sculptures to a growing collection of art benches.
Parks & Pathways - The Woodlands has more than 220 miles of hike and bike trails and 150 parks for you to enjoy— a great way to see the woods and waterways.
The Waterway - The Woodlands Waterway winds through The Township’s center, spilling into Lake Woodlands and connecting all the attractions along its path. Rent kayaks, paddleboards or event a Swan boat to explore the waterway!
Live Music - Enjoy free live music throughout the year at Waterway Nights, Rock the Row, Concerts in the Park and many restaurants and bars around town.
