Professional Bio
Alyssa Clair is a Customer Experience Specialist at Novi AMS, an association management software/system beloved by many associations including many apartment associations. At Novi, Alyssa is dedicated to ensuring smooth client onboarding and ongoing customer success. With a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Michigan State University and a Master’s in Public Policy and Public Administration (MPPA) from Colorado State University, Alyssa combines her strategic thinking with hands-on expertise to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Prior to Novi, Alyssa led the Strategic Partnerships Department at Loebsack & Brownlee, PLLC, where she managed relationships with over 35 industry associations and handled L&B's charitable outreach programs as well. Her focus on fostering connections earned her 3 Board of Directors positions and multiple industry awards, including Supplier of the Year and Advocate of the Year.
Alyssa thrives on helping people feel supported and empowered. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and cozy nights with a good book or movie, alongside her pets. Originally from Michigan, she’s always ready to share her love of the mitten state!
