Jaime Morgan

I'm the Director of Customer Success here at Novi AMS, specializing in supporting current customers. I enjoy helping our customers align their processes with their strategic goals, to find a process that "just works!" Prior to coming to Novi, I was an Association Executive for 9 years. I earned my Certified Association Executive credential from ASAE in 2020.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, listening to podcasts, painting, yoga, reading, testing out new recipes, and getting outside in nature.
