I am a Novi Customer Experience Specialist helping with customer support and onboardings. I previously was a customer of Novi's and have over 8 years of experience in association management. I love watching new customers figure out how to best use Novi for their Association.

I love hanging out with my husband, Joel; kids, Sophia and Alice; and puppies, Robbie and Ollie in my free time. I am a huge Florida Gators fan, in all kinds of weather.
