Lane Gibbs

Lane Gibbs is the Director of Operations at Novi AMS. She joined Novi in 2022 as an Operations Manager before being promoted to her current role. With psychology degrees from ABAC and GCSU, Lane leverages her understanding of human behavior to enhance team dynamics and operational efficiency. Previously, she served as the Director of Operations at Map Dynamics, gaining valuable expertise in SaaS and event management. At Novi, Lane is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and optimizing operational processes.
