Melissa brings nearly a decade of experience in account management, with the last four years dedicated to Customer Success (CS) and Customer Experience (CX). She loves tackling challenges, streamlining workflows, and finding simple, elegant solutions for her clients and internal team. Melissa holds a degree in English Language and Literature and has side hustled as a journalist. She believes there's a story to be discovered around every corner and views Novi's technology as a tool for bringing her clients' stories to life for their members, blending mission and message into the everyday workflows of a team. Melissa is also a virtual events expert and enjoys exploring fun and creative ways to connect communities. Outside of Novi, Melissa is a mama to two, an avid reader, and a beach bum.
