Melissa holds a degree in English Language and Literature and has side hustled as a journalist. She believes there's a story to be discovered around every corner and views Novi's technology as a tool for bringing her clients' stories to life for their members, blending mission and message into the everyday workflows of a team. Melissa is also a virtual events expert and enjoys exploring fun and creative ways to connect communities. Outside of Novi, Melissa is a mama to two, an avid reader, and a beach bum.
