I am a lawyer who loves to find creative solutions to legal problems. I am Board-Certified by the Florida Bar in Business Litigation, but appreciate that most businesses want to resolve their legal issues without even getting close to the courthouse. Therefore, I seek the understand my clients’ issues and find ways to achieve a strategic and efficient result.
I regularly counsel businesses, large and small, on issues relating to the hiring and firing of employees, allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, and disputes over non-competition or non-solicitation agreements. I also help clients facing threatened or pending litigation in a variety of complex commercial cases, including breach of contract, trade secrets, and shareholder disputes.
