In this training, you will learn:

• What a product is in the Novi platform
• Where products show up for your members
• How to add a product
• How you will be notified once someone purchases a product and where you can find that information in Novi
• How to rearrange the display order of products in the store
• How to cancel and refund an order
• How to add/edit promo codes
