Feature Walkthrough: Amplify™

General AI can write and reason at an impressive level, but it doesn't know what a member type is or how a renewal cycle works. Amplify™ does. It's our new AI layer built directly into your Novi database, shaped alongside Certified Association Executives (CAEs) so it understands the language, workflows, and decisions that make associations different.

In this walkthrough, our product and leadership team will show you how Amplify comes together, the thinking behind each piece, and how it fits into the way your team already works. We'll walkthrough two areas:

• Novi Navigator™ (Ask) - Have a conversation with your data. Your team can ask questions in plain language and get clear answers back, without building a report or pulling an export. We'll walk through how it works and share practical ways associations are using it.
• Novi Connect™ (Connect) - Bring Novi to the AI tools you already use. Through MCP, Novi Connect links your data to tools like Claude and ChatGPT, so you can work with your association's information right where you're already working. We'll cover what MCP is in plain terms, how to connect, and what it opens up.
