Novi AMS Events – The Basics

This training is for onboarding customers and new Novi users who are just getting started creating events in Novi. We'll focus on the core workflow of creating an event, adding tickets, and managing attendees.

 

During this one-hour training, we'll cover:
  • Setting up in-person and virtual events in Novi.
  • Creating tickets and collecting valuable attendee data.
  • Understanding the key differences between attendee-based and ticket-based registration workflows
  • How to register attendees on the backend and manage your attendee list.

Please Note:
