This training is for current Novi users and power users who already know how to create basic events and tickets, and want to dive deeper into real-world scenarios and advanced setup options.

During this one-hour training you will learn:

• How to configure advanced ticket settings
• Best practices for sponsors, exhibitors, and deciding between tickets vs products
• How to manage complex situations like cancellations, transfers, and wrong ticket types
• Tips for webinars, series, and connecting Novi events with external tools
