Group Training: Groups & Custom Reports

Groups and Custom Reports are foundational tools in Novi that power segmentation, automation, and data-driven workflows across the platform. In this training, you’ll learn how and when to use each.

In this session, you’ll learn how to:

• Determine when to create a group vs. a custom report

• Use groups across Novi for segmentation, automation, and feature functionality

• Sync groups to Mailchimp or Constant Contact for targeted email marketing

• Build groups and custom reports using conditional logic rules that dynamically update results

• Share reports with non-admin users (such as your Board of Directors)

• Schedule reports to be emailed to others
