Group Training: Novi's Built-In Reports

Novi’s Built-In Reports provide powerful, ready-to-use insights into your membership, financials, and day-to-day operations. In this training, you’ll learn how to confidently navigate, configure, and use these reports to answer common questions and support internal decision-making.

In this session, you’ll learn how to:

• Use list views as reports by customizing columns and filters

• Navigate and interpret Novi’s built-in membership, financial, general, and troubleshooting reports

• Configure standard reports to meet your needs

• Use reports for troubleshooting and day-to-day operational review

Important note:

• This training does not cover Custom Reports. Custom reporting is covered in the separate Groups & Custom Reports training.
