Onboarding Office Hours: Drop In, Ask Questions, Keep MovingYou may already know about our regularly-scheduled Office Hours events. We've added a version specifically designed for customers who are currently onboarding with Novi.

- Are you stuck on something and want to talk it through with the Novi team before your next workshop with your onboarding specialist?
THIS is the place to come ask questions and learn together!
Join when you can; stay if you're curious. Whether you have a question or just want to learn from others going through onboarding, you're welcome to drop in at any point during the hour. Some of the best insights come from hearing what others are navigating! (Note: If things are quiet, we may wrap up a bit early. If you registered and didn't make it in, we'll follow up to make sure you still get the help you need.)
Share your questions when you register. We'll prioritize customers who let us know what they're working on ahead of time, so tell us what's on your mind and we'll come ready to help.
Be mindful of time. We want to help as many folks as possible. If your question needs more time than we can offer, we'll help you schedule a 1:1 with your onboarding specialist or continue the conversation through our support chat.

Screen sharing & recordings. You're welcome to share your screen if needed. Just be aware that sessions are recorded for internal use only to help us improve our support.We can't wait to connect with you!
