Every Tuesday through December, our team is hosting open office hours for Novi customers working through renewals. There’s no agenda and no prep needed – just bring what you’re working on, and we’ll help you work through it live.
💡 These sessions are especially useful if you have questions about:
- Dues rules, Member Type settings, proration, or other renewal setup
- Dropping members, including non-renewals and credits
- Managing or investigating renewal transactions
- Membership and renewal reporting
- How a Novi feature works before relying on it for your renewal process
- Renewal strategy and best practices
