Product Design - Late Fees

We’re hosting a one-hour Product Design Task Force on May 21, and we’d love to invite a small group of customers to join us.

This will be a collaborative, working session focused on late fees for membership dues. To make this as useful as possible, we’re especially hoping to include:

• Accounting / finance team members
• Membership / operations staff

This isn’t a presentation—it’s a conversation. We’ll share early thinking, ask for your input, and work through ideas together so what we build actually reflects GAAP principles and how you operate day to day.
