This introductory session is designed for staff who are new to Novi. Together, we’ll explore who we are, what we do, and how you can navigate Novi with confidence.
What you’ll learn in this 45-minute session:
- The founding principles that shape Novi
- Core tips for navigating Novi’s tools and resources
- Where to find ongoing training and support
The final 15 minutes will be dedicated to open Q&A, where we’ll address your questions and guide you to the best resources for finding answers.
