Self-directed and driven association executive director with decades of experience and success in leading strategy, program development, nonprofit management and cross-functional teams. My greatest joy is finding innovative links between goals and opportunities, and using the wide variety of digital media, integrated marketing and advertising resources, program planning, and organizational development skills to make things happen. Successfully. I relish complex environments and problems and get my greatest energy from assembling diverse teams of collaborates to solve them. I know well how to make the most out of the least and deeply investigating how to use something old, something new, something borrowed (but not blue!) to get the best result. The top of my "best skills" list would include that I am highly organized, a creative problem solver who excels at guiding teams through challenging projects by identifying goals and advising on implications. Since collaboration is one of my primary "things," I'm also very good at developing and managing multimillion-dollar budgets, conferences and corporate sponsorships.
