Cedar - Association Operations Platform

Cedar is a platform built to support the operational work I do for NOVI clients.

I work exclusively with organizations using NOVI, helping define what needs to happen and building tools that support those processes. That might include automating invoices, tracking CE credits, managing files, or creating entirely new systems like a digital education marketplace. Cedar is the framework I use to build and maintain those solutions over time.

I stay involved after launch as needs evolve, making adjustments and adding functionality as new requirements come up.

I’ve been building software for associations since 2003, starting with a website for the Athens Downtown Development Authority’s literary festival. Since then, I’ve worked on more than 400 web projects and developed several SaaS platforms, including one that processed over $500 million in event transactions across 6,000 events. I’ve also been part of a team whose company was acquired, and teams I’ve built have been recognized among the fastest-growing UGA alumni startups in the country three times.

My work has stayed closely tied to the association space. I’ve served on the board of the Georgia Society of Association Executives and have been recognized by both the Florida and South Carolina Societies of Association Executives for contributions supporting association success.

I believe in ASAE’s statement that associations make the world smarter, safer, and better. My role is to support that work by building tools that help organizations operate more effectively.
